So I have had the 1st generation Galaxy Tab for about two years, it's still very quick and slick today's standards. The only problem is I lost it in the divorce. So last Christmas I went hunting for a replacement tablet. I found a 10 inch one on Amazon for about $100.
Well the thing was a real piece of crap. Slow, unresponsive touch screen, and hang ups galore. It's been close to a year and I thought I would take a gamble and look for another "made in China" special.
I read a bunch of different reviews for tablets priced under a hundred. The 7" AGPTEK Tablet had quite a few positive reviews and was priced at $80.
After playing with it for a week, I can say with all honesty this is one nice tablet for the dirt cheap price. It's responsive, quick, reliable, and looks pretty nice. For those interested it can be bought on Amazon
here.
So what exactly am I doing with it? It's primaraly pulling duty as an e-reader, but I also use it for social networking, and light web surfing. Below is a couple of my favorete Apps I've been using.

Love the Kindle App. I have the benefits of having the Amazon Kindle store at my finger tips, without the restrictive Kindle device hardware
TweetCaster Pro

This is by far the most robust Twitter app I've tied. Feature packed it's as good as using your computer.
Friendcaster Pro
$4.99
Great App just as nice as Tweetcaster, no surprise as it's from the same people
Delitape Pro

Okay, this is a little hokey. It's a music player that displays the song you're playing in an animated cassette tape. Not the best music player by far, but fun none the less.
